Brightened Mind, Theby Sumano Bhikkhu
This book is a simple, easy-to-follow guide to meditation and offers a deeper understanding of the unconscious mind. Through meditation, we can access the limitless reservoir of abiding wisdom and sensitivity that require only heightened awareness to be fully actualized.
“The Good Life (a spiritual life) arises along a path that can be cultivated. It is a path that calls us to be careful, disciplined, and aware… This in-the-moment attentiveness of our life awakens others to live their lives more consciously.”
