About the Author
studied Thai massage and traditional herbalism from 1997 to 2001 under Lek Chaiya in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is a certified teacher of traditional Thai massage and in the Shivaga Komaraphat lineage and has taught courses at Shivaga Komaraphat Institute in Chiang Mai. In 2001, he founded the Tao Mountain School of Traditional Thai Massage and Herbal Medicine, a non-profit NGO dedicated to research of Thai healing traditions, in Charlottesville, Virginia.
